If anyone ever has this question, wikipedia generally has demonyms for cities, states, countries, etc.
Albuquerquean and Burqueño/Burqueña are listed.

There is not one in formal use, but burqeno (or burqena, if female) is a slang term for one from Albuquerque. If specifically referring to a person of Hispanic origin, Norteno is out there as a term used by Hispanics from Southern NM and borderland area to describe one from Northern NM (defined for the proposes of Southern NM as really anywhere North of Socorro and including ABQ, but the rest of NM would not include ABQ in Northern NM).
Source: Born and raised in Albuquerque, and have lived the last seven years in Southern NM.

That would probably lead to a knife fight.

I was curious to see if anyone would post this. In the right part of town, you can hear all of those in use.
